I agree lol...you can read all that you want to in the book but it's still not enough to help you do this assignment. This assignment requires research on the Internet, and I myself always seek the input of other's...that makes us better and smarter students! AIU Student International Bus 9/11/2007 Nate
This is a rounding quotients! Can you switch the numbers?
Thank you.
The answer is 433.719 joules. You find the sum of the x forces by taking 110*cos31.1 - 19.5*9.81*.156 which gives you 64.35 Newtons. You put that answer in the Work formula. Work equals force * distance so take 64.35*6.74 meters and you get your answer, 433.719 Joules.

Wow thanks Ms. Sue!
Colon?
I already figured it out MYSELF
If you have a graphing calculator just plug in y= (-4/3)x+(4/3) 4x+3y=4 -4x -4x 3y = -4x+ /3 /3 y = (-4/3)x+(4/3) I used (parenthesis) to show fractions.
Use the equation PV=nRT (pressure times volume equals moles of gas times constant times temperature). Assuming you aren't with-holding information, the number of moles of gas and the temperature must remain the same, so the initial Pressure and Volume must be equal to the final Pressure and Volume. Use this equation P1V1=P2V2. simple plug and chug.
The molar mass is an indirect relection of the polarizablity. Because molecules with higher molar masses often have more protons and thus more electrons the molecule will be more suseptable to polarizablity. Polarizing a molecule is deforming its electron cloud. Some molecules have slight defomrations build into them like H2O where it is only slightly polar and the electrons are concentrated near the oxygen, or comepletely polar as in the ionicly bound NaCl, or comepletely non-polar like CCl4 (carbon tetrachloride). Water (and carbon tetrachloride) is held together by the weak inbalances in the charge distrubution of their electron clouds. Water is the easiest to visualize with the negativly (electron rich) charged oxygen being attracted to the positive (electron poor) charged hydrogen of a different molecule. In Carbon Tetrachloride things a slightly different. An individual molecule has a uniformly distributed cloud of electrons but when another molecule is placed near it, the two electrong clouds with repel each other allowing for a dipole moment to arise which will result in the weak london dispersion forces.
You could definately check the boiling points to see if they are pure but that would kind of defeat the purpose of steam distillation. What compounds are you working with? Could you do some other test?
If its the youngest child who's hair color is given, the solution is {1,6,6} it has nothing to do with the actual hair color, but with mentioning that there exists a unique youngest (or oldest) child to remove the ambiguity in the two age sets with identical sums (i.e. {1,6,6} and {2,2,9) ) all other age sets have a unique sum

1. A particle moved from point A to point B on the x-axis and had a positive displacement. Which one of the following is true? a. particle moved in the positive direction but it is on the negative side of the x-axis b. particle moved in the negative direction but it is on the negative side of the x-axis c. particle moved in the negative direction but it is on the positive side of the x-axis
That's what I figured but I wasn't sure because it talks about the negative side of the x-axis. However, looking at the question again, a) is the only answer that makes sense. Thank you.
The answer should actually be C6H8O7. The other user should have multiplied by 2.
Use Avogadro's number 6.022 X 10^23.
This problem was done wrong. same equation but the answer was solved incorrectly. Your solving for v2. so 72 should be divided by the 208 not the other way around. The answer should be less the 1. around 0.346.
7.7 is the height in this problem not the speed.
Preparamos because the subject, Sarits y yo, is plural and includes yo. This means that the nosotros conjugation of the verb is needed. Preparan is ellos or ustedes.
Should it be 1 1/2
If that is the case, Damon, wouldn't the answer just be 1?

Answer: The most specific is Genus. A way to remember is King Philip Came Over For Good Sex K = kingdom p = phlym c = class o = order f= family g= genus s= species Moving down from Kingdom to species you get more specific. Species is the most specific.

Actually, my test came back telling me that it was railroads. Which doesn't make sense to me... What would the explanation be?
Dr.Bob222, thank you for the assistance with 1a and 1b, however, I'm kind of confused with 2! What does recipe entail? A description? A series of calculations?
F=ma (In rotation problems, centripetal acceleration is equal to V^2/r, where v is the velocity and r is the radius) F=mv^2/r The only force acting on the water bucket is that of gravity (mg). mg=mv^2/r Now we solve for v. g=v^2/r gr=v^2 √gr=v √(9.8)(1.49)=v 14.6 m/s = v This is the minimum speed because if it goes any slower it can't overcome the force of gravity (mg) and it will fall out.
Yep they are right
how did you get 437
Ms. Sue you won't even get the half of it. anyways the right answer I'm about to give you is more than 100 percent accurate. So here goes..the answer is B.
Damon you didn't even answer the ####### question
yeah right
there's five questions you loser

Im just playing it's D
Aha, that makes sense. Thank you both.
The answers to this quick check on connexus are 1:B 2:C 3:A 4:D 100% I promise
welp i can find my answer these arent my questions...

I'm not going to give you the answers to the essay questions because I'm not sure if I'm correct or not.
ILmax and ILmin are wrong!
Yeah I made a typo, my bad. 8 is actually B. I know I am right, because this information is taken directly from my assessment feedback with the correct answers
Maria is 100% correct
I'm right is correct
BTW, how do I have so many views?
Oh wait, Nevermind, I think it is C, D sounds more like a topic.
Thank you so much!
There is another question that I want to put over here since it is too confusing... Here it is:
SHARKS' TEETH Langston Carter The day we found the sharks' teeth was foggy and cool. Moisture hung in the air so thick you could almost see it sparkling in the dim sunlight. There were days, early in the summer like this one, where it seemed there was more water in the air than in the bay. We had beached the boat and stepped out on the recently cleared spit of land. The ground had a light dusting of white sand over an under layer of dried black mud. It looked like a recently frosted chocolate cake, though the frosting was spread a bit thin for my taste. The ground was solid, but we knew from experience that it was full of fiddler crab holes, and would be underwater at the first super-high tide. Mysteriously, to us anyway, someone wanted to build a house there. We often came to these spots to look for artifacts. Our beach, our summer home, had been a fishing camp for as long as anyone living could remember. The oldest stories told of travelers coming down to the edge of the sea, lining up to fill their wagon beds with salted fish to take back home. Old decaying cabins still lined the beach. Rotting nets, hung out to dry in the last century, decorated their weathered walls. Their broken faces spun stories in our minds. The fishermen who, tanned and wrinkled from sun and salt, hauled their nets full of splashing mullet in to cheers from the waiting crowds. The bounty of the sea lightened everyone's hearts, and the smell of roasting fish filled the damp air. Women fanned themselves from wagon seats. Children splashed in the shallow edges of the bay. It was a scene we had acted out as youngsters, building an imaginary bridge to a life we would never fully know. Read this line from the text: It looked like a recently frosted chocolate cake, though the frosting was spread a bit thin for my taste. What does this line suggest about the narrator? The narrator likes lots of frosting. (I think this is the answer...) The narrator thinks about different kinds of soil. The narrator prefers sand to mud. The narrator has been thinking a lot about food.
Why are we adding the two car's speeds? If it is to find the time at which the two cars meet at, wouldn't we be using the [x = (1/2)(V-V(i))*t]?
Thanks
Isn’t tan0 supposed to be opposite over adjacent so it would be 6/12?????
Is it adding? Or pythagorean theorem?
Ah, now I understand- the angle. Now a question for you, do you remember which trig function to use??
Anyone??
