1) choose one of the note-taking methods
2) Watch the video titled, "Why sitting is bad for you by TedEd" and take notes.
3) You can take notes in the space below, in Goggle docs, or on paper. If you use paper, please upload, take a clear picture of your notes, and upload. You can also upload to Google docs and share the link. Make sure you provide me permission if you choose this option.
