7 meatloafs requires one recipe seven times, or
1 1/4 C breadcrumbs*7=8 3/4 cups checktat

number cannisters= 8.75cups/(XXXX cups/cannister)
So you need to determine weight of a cannister, and weight of a cup of breadcrumbs.

cannisters=8.78cups*xxxxounces/cup/(15oz/cannister)

so you need xxxx ounces per cp

You’re planning on making 8 meatloafs for a party. You go to the store to buy breadcrumbs. How many canisters do you need?
This problem is actually fairly simple once you think about it a bit:

7 Meatloafs: 8.75 cups of BC
Each can is 15oz and has (14/3) cups of BC
Therefore: Each cup of BC is 15/(14/3)oz
You need 8.75 cups and therefore 28.125oz of breadcrumbs (8.75cups x 15/(14.3)oz)
With this we now know that for 7 loafs you need 28.125oz of breadcrumbs.
Each can has 15oz of breadcrumbs.
28.125/15 = 1.875 cups of meatloaf (Round to your desire)
You can plug in your own numbers and follow the steps, shouldn't be too hard.
You're welcome, this problem sucked://
