Your project design has been approved by the management. The engineering team is about to start production of the new line. You want to make sure this process goes as smoothly as possible. You need to come up with a communication plan to address two of the following aspects of production:
successful development
troubleshooting
delivery of the new product
communications needed to convey messages to different audiences including a progress report, an employee newsletter update, an outcome report for the CEO of the company, and so forth
Write at least one sample of communication to address two of these aspects.
