Informal Response to "Of Mice and Men" Film

I really enjoyed watching the film "Of Mice and Men" because it allowed me to compare and contrast the movie with the book we read in class. The actor who played Lennie impressed me the most, as he perfectly captured the character's innocence and strength. I think we should spend more class time watching movies like this, because it gives us a better understanding of the story. For example, seeing the characters on screen helps me imagine the scenes more vividly. The story itself is still relevant today, as it addresses themes of friendship and dreams, which everyone can relate to in some way. Overall, I believe that films based on books enhance our learning experience and make literature come alive.
