Gun violence is a significant issue worldwide, and finding effective ways to reduce gun violence can have a significant impact on public safety and crime rates.

2) Then you will visit the section in the coursebook (ch. 1) on the "problem formation: selection of a research problem" and review the list of the NIJ's active research agenda. Thinking about this particular step in the research process, choose from the list of research agendas the topic that you believe to be the most important or significant at the present time and tell the class why.
3.) Lastly, go to "google scholar" and locate one peer-reviewed article that attempts to address the particular topic you chose from above and copy and paste the link to that article into your discussion along with the title of your article.
