Radio Presenter: So, can you tell us a little bit about the competition? What was it like?

Me: Sure! The competition was both exciting and a bit nerve-wracking. I had to prepare a speech on a topic I care about. I practiced a lot in front of my friends and family.

Radio Presenter: That sounds great! What was the topic of your speech?

Me: I spoke about the importance of kindness and how small acts can make a big difference. I wanted to inspire people to spread kindness in their everyday lives.

Radio Presenter: That’s a wonderful message! How did you prepare for your speech?

Me: I started by researching examples of kindness. Then, I wrote my speech and practiced it many times. I also visualized myself speaking in front of the audience to feel more comfortable.

Radio Presenter: Did you have any support from friends or teachers?

Me: Yes, definitely! My teachers helped me with feedback, and my friends cheered me on. Their support made a big difference.

Radio Presenter: What was the moment like when they announced you as the winner?

Me: It was surreal! I was so nervous while waiting for the results. When they called my name, I couldn’t believe it. I felt a mix of shock and joy!

Radio Presenter: What does winning this competition mean to you?

Me: Winning has boosted my confidence and encouraged me to continue public speaking. I also hope to use this platform to spread my message about kindness even more.

Radio Presenter: That’s inspiring! Do you have any advice for other students who want to improve their public speaking skills?

Me: Yes! My advice is to practice as much as you can, believe in yourself, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Everyone starts somewhere!

Radio Presenter: Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us today. We’re really proud of you for your success!

Me: Thank you for having me! It’s been a pleasure.

Radio Presenter: And that’s it for today! Keep spreading kindness, everyone!
