Building rapport with clients and understanding their unique experiences would come naturally to me. However, I might find it challenging to navigate the systemic barriers that clients face, especially in complex cases involving multiple factors such as socioeconomic status, race, or mental health issues. It could be difficult to balance fostering a personal connection with a professional distance, especially when dealing with emotionally charged situations.

Community Organizing: I believe I would thrive in community organizing due to my enthusiasm for collaboration and my passion for social justice. I enjoy bringing people together to advocate for change and could facilitate discussions to identify community needs.
