You can write the equation y=x+4 in different ways.

Which of these is correct ?
x+y=4
x=4+y
y-x=4
y+4=x
x=y-4
There could be a couple of ways ... Please help I do not have a clue on this. I will be very greatful if you could help in the next 30 mins xxxx

why don't you pick values for x and y which work in the original equation.
eg. let x=5, then y=9

now test to see in which of the equation are true.

or else, simply see if the rules of equations have been followed to change the original.
