- Strength Training: Sometimes when I do jumping jacks, I use my arms and legs a lot!
- Flexibility and Stretching: When I stretch after playing, it helps me be more bendy!
Intensity Levels
- Running: Medium β I felt happy and a little tired but had fun!
- Jumping Jacks: High β I was really energized and laughing a lot!
- Biking: Medium β It was easy and cool; I liked riding fast!
- Playing Soccer: High β I was super excited and tired after, but I felt like a champion!
