  • Cardiovascular Exercise: Running, jumping jacks, biking, soccer. They make my heart go fast!
  • Strength Training: Sometimes when I do jumping jacks, I use my arms and legs a lot!
  • Flexibility and Stretching: When I stretch after playing, it helps me be more bendy!

Intensity Levels

  • Running: Medium – I felt happy and a little tired but had fun!
  • Jumping Jacks: High – I was really energized and laughing a lot!
  • Biking: Medium – It was easy and cool; I liked riding fast!
  • Playing Soccer: High – I was super excited and tired after, but I felt like a champion!
  • Stretching: Low – It felt nice and relaxing. Afterward, I felt really good!
