You are a teacher at a school that is reporting high rates of bullying. This school has a large number of students and there is a higher learner to teacher ratio. There is also a big number of learners who are older than 20 as they keep repeating grades. Many learners come from impoverished homes and some of them are hoping to use education as an opportunity to improve their lives. There are also learners who are good at sports and have been recruited to play in the province sports due to their abilities and leadership. However, lack of parental engagement can hinder full participation of learners. Construct a research project based to address the problem of bullying in the school.
