y=−5x^2+8x+1
for y = 0
5 x^2 - 8 x - 1 = 0
x = [ 8 +/- sqrt (64 +20) ] / 10
= 4/5 +/- sqrt(84) /10
= 4/5 +/- 2sqrt(21)/10
I tried putting in answers as 1.71 and -0.11
but it was wrong
well I get 1.72 and -.12
thank you
