Strange question with strange choices.
I suppose you could check each of the 8 options
e.g.
option #1 : x = -5.67 , y = 1.25, z = -3.2
option #2 : x = -5.67 , y = 1.25, z = +3.2
etc

You might do some mental approximations seeing that the sum has to be appr 12

Did my own work, the answer is the following;
(5.67 + 8.92) - (0.75 - 1.25) + -3.2 = 11.89
