Write the slope-intercept (y = mx + b) form of the equation y=x/2-3

Write the slope-intercept (y = mx + b) form of the equation y=2x+5
Write the slope-intercept (y = mx + b) form of the equation y=-5/7x-54/7
Write the slope-intercept (y = mx + b) form of the equation y=1/3x+4/3
I need to show my work, but I am having a bit of trouble trying to plug things in. Help would really be appreciated. Thank you.

(y = mx + b) form of the equation y=x/2-3

mx+b=½x-3

Compare
Slope m=1/2 y intercept b=-3

Do the rest
Y = mx+b
Y = (1/2)x-3.
Y = 2x+5.
Y = (-5/7)x-54/7.
The number in front of the X is the slope.
You do the last one.
