Please help thanks

If −15/9y < 11/13 mean:

−( 15 / 9 ) y < 11 / 13

then multiply both sides by 9

- 15 y < 99 / 13 Divide both sides by - 15

When you multiply or divide both sides of an inequality by a negative number, you must reverse the direction of the inequality.

y > ( 99 / 13 ) / 15

y > 99 / 13 * 15

y > 33 * 3 / 13 * 5 * 3

y > 33 / 13 * 5

y > 33 / 65
Correction

y > ( 99 / 13 ) / - 15

y > - 99 / 13 * 15

y > - 33 * 3 / 13 * 5 * 3

y > - 33 / 13 * 5

y > - 33 / 65
i put that in and it said it was wrong
I agree with Bosnian's answer.
check your typing of the question.
Did you perhaps mean
−15/(9y) < 11/13 ?
ok i think i wrote it wrong the y is a seperate variable its not suppose to be with the 9
