slope = m = (-4+3)/(-1-2)
= -1/-3 = 1/3
-3 = (1/3)(2) + b
b = -9/3 - 2/3 = -11/3
y = (1/3) x -11/3
3 y = x - 11
x -3 y = 11

I don't understand how you worked to get the y intercept.
I knew the slope m
so I used y = m x + b
I put in 2 for x and -3 for y
that is the point (2,-3)
-3 = (1/3)(2) + b
so I used y = m x + b
I put in 2 for x and -3 for y
that is the point (2,-3)
-3 = (1/3)(2) + b
