You need to know the solubility rules to predict the products of some reactions. Here is a simplified set of rules.

The second one is
CuSO4(aq) + Pb(NO3)2(aq) ==> PbSO4(s) + Cu(NO3)2(aq)
You turn this into an ionic equation. The others are done the same way. Probably you have learned that Zn(OH)2 is amphoteric and Ni forms the ammine with NH3.
Write the balanced ionic equations for the following precipitations and complex forming reactions:
a) AgNO3 solution + copper sulphate solution
b) copper sulphate solution + lead nitrate solution
c)CoCl2 solution + conc. HCl
d) Zinc chloride solution + NaOH solution, added slowly until excess
e)Ni(NO3)2 solution + NH3 solution, added slowly until excess
