I am doing the second part first :)
x^a * x^b = x^(a+b)
and
x^-a = 1/x^a
therefore
x^7 * x^-2 = x^7/x^2 = x^5
or
x^7 * x^-2 = x^(7-2) = x^5
remarkable :)
x^7 / x^2 = x^7 * x^-2
which we already did :)
write equivalent expressions for x^7 ⋅ x^-2 and x^7 ÷ x^2.
What do you notice? Explain how your results relate to the properties of integer exponents.
THANK YOU!
