5^10 / 5^7 = 5^(10-7) = 5^3
because

5^7 = 5*5*5*5*5*5*5
divide, and seven of the 5's cancel, leaving only 3 in top: 5^3

76^11 / 76^5 = 76^(11-5) = 76^6
