so you have two points, (-8,4) and (-3,1)
slope = (1-4)/(-3+8) = -3/5

then y-1 = (-3/5)(x+3)
y = (-3/5)x -9/5 + 1
y = (-3/5)x - 4/5
I thought it was (4,-8) and (-3,1)...O_O
