There is so much I have to say about you Charity. In reality I would start this off with “When i first met you '' but we haven't yet met each other. So I will simply start it off with “When I first started talking to you.” When I first started talking to you I knew that eventually something would click between us. I knew that we were either going to be really good friends, or better yet dating. Seeing you through TikTok gave me a little insight on your life, your gymnastics life at least. You seem so happy and bright whenever you are with your teammates. Your laugh, smile, and overall energy in all your videos put me in a sense of peace. You seemed so sweet, your laugh was contagious, you were funny, you were encouraging, and I could tell that those girls really looked up to you. No matter how annoying they may be sometimes, they are your sisters so ofc they are going to come off like that sometimes or maybe even all the time. It's like that for every gymnast because every gymnast's teammates are her sisters. I didn't realize how much of a hold you had on me until one day I was watching one of your videos in class and my friend started smiling at me, like the brightest I've ever seen her smile. I asked her why she was smiling at me and she said “I'm smiling because you look happy, there must be a girl, you haven't looked up from your phone for the past 15 minutes and you're on the same girl's account.” When she said that I realized I really was happy. Yea I didn't know you personally but I could tell that you were something special. My bsf told me that she hadn't seen me smile that big since the incident between me and Thea. She was absolutely right because that girl messed me up so bad. Then there was you, Charity. I had talked to valentina abt you because i knew that y'all knew each other and i needed to tell someone about how I was feeling abt you so I told her. I'm so glad you messaged me after that cause I don't think I would've ever had the guts to message you first. Talking to you became my favorite part of everyday. The first couple of days we started talking I was so stressed with school and gym and talking to you calmed me in a way. Whenever we talked my breathing would slow down and my heart would beat at a steady pace and my stomach would get all warm and fluttery because you had an effect on me. I had finally found my peace. I loved talking to each other not only about gymnastics and my feelings for you but also about life. I loved that we were able to communicate to each other why we were so stressed and things that frustrated us, along with things that happened in our past relationships and how they had such an effect on us. I was falling in love with someone I just met. When we finally started dating I would not shut up about it. I was talking about it that whole day, from the moment it happened all the way up until the end of practice. I loved seeing the look of excitement on my teammates faces when I told them that we were finally dating. Dating you has been amazing. I love how we can literally talk about anything with each other and we can clearly tell when one of us isn't ok and is upset/stressed about something. You are so perfect. You are oh so pretty. Prettier than sunsets and sunrises and the ocean. Our love is something that is truly special and there is no other love like ours in the world. I feel as if I have won the lottery with you, someone who is so special and magical, who makes my life and my world a thousand times better just by being there. When I look at you, I know that I have truly hit the jackpot. All you have to do in order to warm my heart is to be the loving, caring person that you are. Together, we can do so much and help each other realize our dreams because we truly have a love that is special.
