Moreover, e-learning promotes self-directed learning, allowing students to take charge of their educational journey and learn at their own pace (Wang, 2021). As educational technology continues to evolve, the integration of e-learning into the university's curriculum supports collaborative learning environments and encourages the development of critical digital skills that are essential in today's job market (Kek & Hu, 2022). Overall, the implementation of e-learning strategies at the University of Goroka plays a crucial role in modernizing education while contributing to the social and economic development of the region.
