WHEREAS, the Client desires to obtain maintenance and janitorial services for its facilities, and the Service Provider has the requisite skills and experience to provide such services.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following maintenance and janitorial services ("Services"):
- Daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
- Trash collection and disposal
- Window cleaning (interior)
- Restocking of restroom supplies
- Maintenance services including light repairs, plumbing, and electrical checks (specify if included)

2. Schedule of Services
