write a brief letter to Mr Sipana about fail grade. State that, I am a Final year student and I wish to go to Industrial Training but the 2% dropped me and i scored 48% and got a fail grade.

i have attended the class but I scored Zero on participation and attendance. I should get 5% to pass my course but We have a clash between two classes throughout the semester.

another thing is I have a clash between two classes BI 335 is a pure biology course and an EN 481.

i attend class but sometimes I don't attend because we have an EN 481 too at the same time.

Therefore I am writing to request to help me 2% on Attendance and Participation so that I can get a 50% pass mark and go to Industrial Training.

Dear Mr Sipana,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address the issue of my recent fail grade in my final year course. I am a final year student who is eager to go to Industrial Training, however, I unfortunately scored 48% which resulted in a fail grade.

One of the main reasons for my low score was due to scoring zero on participation and attendance. I understand that 5% is required in this category to pass the course, but we had a clash between two classes throughout the semester - BI 335 and EN 481. Both classes were vital to my studies, but unfortunately, I had to prioritize one over the other at times.

I attended class as much as possible, but due to the conflicting schedules between BI 335 and EN 481, there were instances where I was unable to attend. I believe that if I had not encountered this clash, my attendance and participation percentage would have been much higher.

I am kindly requesting your assistance in helping me attain the additional 2% needed on attendance and participation, so that my overall mark can reach 50% and I can proceed to Industrial Training as planned. Your understanding and support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
