Why gold is faster to change temperature?

faster than what? How easily a metal changes temperature is a function of its specific heat capacity. Those metals with low heat capacity change temperature faster than those with high heat capacity.

that's true, but why? Just giving a name to the ability to conduct heat does not answer the question. Better do some more reading to study why physical properties manifest themselves the way they do.
