Why don’t we run out of the important gases that we need to stay alive?

Well, I suppose oxygen, O2, is number one on the list.
When we breathe it in, we combine it with pizza and stuff and exhale CO2.
Luckily that CO2 hits the grass and trees and "photosynthesis" peels the carbon out to make leaves and wood and releases the O2 back into the air.
The equation looks like this:
6CO2 + 6H20 + sunlight energy → C6H12O6 + 6O2
Be sure to google photosynthesis.
Unfortunately lately with all our other uses for carbon we are generating far more CO2 than our grass and trees can handle, but that is another subject.
