if different answers are posted for math problems, clearly
(a) all but one of the responders is wrong, either because they misread the question, or they made a typo in their solution, or just made a math mistake.

(b) the question has been garbled so that it is not easy to figure out what was being asked, so different interpretations yield different solutions
