Socrates had many students, but the most well-known among them is Plato. Plato was a prominent philosopher who went on to found the Academy in Athens and wrote many dialogues featuring Socrates as a character. Another notable student of Socrates was Xenophon, who also wrote about Socratic philosophy and provided accounts of Socrates' life and teachings.
