Ok so I used ratios and got k=8. Is that right?

r has slope 3/2, so maybe not k=8, yeah?
I did this (used ratios)
3/2=12/k and got k=8
3/2=12/k and got k=8
yes, but 12x+8y=0 has slope -3/2
