In jury trials .....
1. The judge has no role.
2. Parties may request a trial jury for any type of case.
3. The judge and jury both have a role
4. The jury decides whether edvidence should be admitted

3 is true,but it is inane. 1,and 4 are silly. The only problem I have with 2 is "for any type case". I guess I would go for 3, even if it seems to be a banana.
