I know c) is true. Not sure about the others.

You are correct that c is true.
d? For water aspirators, I don't think a valve is used but I never took one apart to look at the insides. The water IS reduced in the rubber hose. Perhaps Bob Pursley knows. I'll ask him to comment and post.
e is true.
The sentence on D should read, "The water pressure IS reduced in the rubber hose." I ommitted the word pressure.
I would list D as not true, generally. Water traps are often used between the Buchnell Filter and the vacumn source, but I have never seen valves inserted.
