It would certainly be easier to analyze the situations if you had not run them all together into one long sentence.

Take the last one. Clearly the net charge is 12(0 + 1 + (-1)) = 12(0) = 0

Surely you have some thoughts on the others. Don't get rattled by all the words; just think about what they are really asking.
