It says some in the book that's where I am confused...but since the question is "typically updated" then should it be treatises. Because in the book it talks about including digests and you can update the dictionaries and encyclopedias..often..hummmm

Then I suppose go with the dictionary. I do not think law dictionaries have pockets with updates, but I am not a legal scholar.
