C is the opposite of what you want. The solar panel takes EM energy and makes electricity just as the statement says.

I think B is what you're looking for. You are taking the EM energy from the sun, it goes through the glass of the car and is absorbed. The interior of the car gets hot. You have transformed EM energy (infrared, uv, visible, etc) into heat.
