It's essential to remember acceleration as a vector ( having magnitude/size and direction)
So the plane taking off is the easy one to mark off, a cheetah running 27m/s east could be assumed it's speed is constant and not accelerating, a car stopping at a stop sign has a - acceleration( deceleration due to the change in speed over x amount of time) and that leaves a person jogging at 3 m/s along a windy path. Although this speed is constant it's direction is changing, so in physics, technically only A and D are accelerating, however I'm assuming this is not that detailed, so the best guess would be B. Due to "deceleration"
Hope this helps!
