which of the following is not acidic milk saliva softdrink or blood

6 answers

Blood
milk tends to be acid, pH around 6.7

saliva tends to be acid, around 6.4

ginger ale basic, around 7.6

blood basic, around 7.4

However none of these levels is really very far from neutral.
From what I can read, blood is the only one with a pH above 7 (and that's by a small margin) although milk may be slightly alkaline under some circumstances, and saliva is so near 7 that it may be acid at times and basic at time.
I would like to comment on the acidity of sofdrinks.

Coke & Pepsi - 3.4 pH

Coke and Pepsi are very acidic and most people know that if you place a tooth in coke or pepsi that it will dissolve (eventually). Therefore BLOOD seems most suitable if you were to chose of of the answers above.
You are correct about soft drinks. Soft drinks, in general, are quite acidic with a pH below 4 for most of them. I find it difficult to believe that ginger ale is alkaline. The stuff I have at home has "carbonated water under pressure" listed in the ingredients and the best references I can find list the pH as between 2-4. I should note that there are a number of varieties of ginger ale so some of them may be slightly basic.
Sorry, I got that from an unreliable source it turns out. Looking at how ginger ale is made, it is inevitably acidic.
