I think it's C because I don't remember reading anything about there being muscle in blood vessels but i'm not positive. Can someone tell me if I'm right or wrong and if I'm wrong please help me figure out the right answer.

The outer most layer is connective tissue. The middle layer is smooth muscle. The inner wall is primarily composed of endothelial cells.
