Which hemisphere is responsible for most of the world's research and development?

Southern Hemisphere.

I've been reading over a site our teacher gave us, but I can't seem to find this.

The Northern Hemisphere is North America, Europe, Asia and parts of Africa and South America.

The Southern Hemisphere is Antarctica, Australia, and the southern parts of Africa and South America.
