Actually, it's nether B or C. The correct answer is D.

Y=-3×-8
I thought it was D because the change in x is +1 and the change in y is +3...
3/1 is 3. So I was assuming it was D...and I can happily assure you that D is correct. I already submitted my test. I got 3 incorrect (not including the essay questions), but this was one I got correct. :)
