No. NaCl dissociates as does MgCl2 as does CaCl2. Table sugar is the only one you have listed that does NOT dissociate.
if something dissociates then that means that it completely dissolves in a solution. so DrBob222 is completely correct as NaCl, MgCl2 and CaCl2 all dissolve. unlike table sugar. check a solubility table if you are ever unsure.
