B. Herculaneum
Herculaneum, along with Pompeii, is one of the sites where you can find some of the only surviving examples of Roman wall painting. The volcanic eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD preserved many aspects of life in these towns, including their decorative wall paintings.
