where can i find information on teen driving laws in the metropolitan area [maryland, virginia, district of columbia], and i'm not allowed to use google?
Arrrrggggghhhhh. You will have to see at your school if the Drivers Ed teacher has Va, Md, and DC driving handbooks. Else, you will have to call and ask each drivers license off to mail you one....or ask your mom to google.
it's supposed to be an internet research proj.
The only way to find information on the internet is to use a search engine. Most of us feel that Google is by far the best search engine. Some people also use Yahoo.
This will give you the Driving Laws for every state.
