Teachers can also encourage learners to share their own cultural experiences and traditions, allowing them to learn from each other and celebrate their differences. This will enable them to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for cultural diversity, and will equip them with the knowledge and skills to navigate and thrive in a culturally diverse society.
3) Personal development: Through engaging in cross-cultural interactions, using multicultural resources, and fostering inclusive classroom environments, learners will develop their personal identities, values, and beliefs in relation to cultural diversity. They will gain self-confidence, empathy, and a sense of belonging, as they learn to embrace their own cultural backgrounds while respecting and valuing others'.
