F1 = 1.7*10^7
r1 = 350*10^3 + 6.38*10^6 = 6.73*10^6 meters
r2 = 90*10^3 + 6.38*10^6 = 6.47*10^6 meters

F2 = 1.7*10^7 (6.73/6.47)^2
= 1.7 *10^7 * 1.082
