When it says graph the function using the given values of x and the domain and the range.

1) f(x)=x^2+4 ; x= -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3

2)G(x)= squareroot of x+3 ; x= -3, -2, 1, 6

3.H(x)= |x|-4 ; x= -3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3

4.f(x)=4 ; x= -3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3

5.G(x)=x^3+1 ; x= -2,-1,0,1,2

I Don't Understand it.
1. F(x) = Y = x^2 + 4.

Calculate Y for each value of X given;
then, graph the function.
(X,Y). Y = x^2 + 4.
(-3,13)
(-2,8)
(-1,5)
V(0,4) Finish the table.
(1,y)

2. G(x) = Y = sqrt(x+3).
(X,Y).
(-3,0)
(-2,1). Y = sqrt(-2+3) = +-1.
(-2,-1)
(1,y)
(1,-y)
(6,y)
(6,-y)
NOTE: When you take the sq. root, you get
positive and negative number(+-).

3. H(x) = Y = |x|-4.
(X,Y).
(-3,-1). Y = |-3}-4 = 3 - 4 = -1.
(-2,-2). Y = |-2| - 4 = 2 - 4 = -2.
(-1,-3)
(0,y)
(1,y)
(2,y)
(3,y)
NOTE: The absolute value of any number
is positive.

4. F(x) = Y = 4. = A hor. line.
Y is constant;therefore, Y = 4 for all values of X:
(X,Y).

5. G(x) = Y = x^3 + 1.
(X,Y).
(-2,-7)
(-1,0)
(0,1) Finish the table.
