when creating an author bio, what point of view should be used?
also can someone help me transform mine if it needs to be switched???

Third party. However, we do not do your homework for you. Although it might take more effort to do the work on your own, you will profit more from your effort. We will be happy to evaluate your work though.
its not homework its for my book I'm about to publish
It's still third party. If the author is you, it could be first person. It would help you to delve deeper into personal beliefs and feelings.
