It would help if you proofread your questions before you posted them. I assume you mean unoccupied. (It would be very difficult for 120 guests to sit in 34 seats!)

in placs of 34 it will be 3/4 then u can solve it.
Ans. 3/4 portion is 120
so 1 portion 4x120/3
= 160
