This is a nonsense poem.
The dancing flowers,
Laughing with joy,
There the eternal happy hours,
Suddenly destroy.
Under the sky,
Filled with love,
Utopia I cry,
As peace I shove.

which line is the metaphor? Under the sky filled with love?
Sometimes metaphor and personification can be the same words, but I agree with your choices of lines, yes.
