What were the provisions of the Treaty of Tordesillas? (make it short and like a 6th grader wrote it)

The Treaty of Tordesillas was an agreement between Spain and Portugal in 1494. It divided the newly discovered lands outside of Europe into two parts. Spain got most of the Americas, while Portugal got Brazil and some of Africa and Asia. Each country agreed not to claim the other's territories.
