Rather than looking for something that will "outlast him," (generativity vs. stagnation) it seems like Michael can still revert to dealing with intimacy vs. isolation because of his recent divorce. However, he can be dealing with both aspects at the same time.
I searched Google under the key words "Erikson stages" to get these possible sources:
http://honolulu.hawaii.edu/intranet/committees/FacDevCom/guidebk/teachtip/erikson.htm
http://www.learningplaceonline.com/stages/organize/Erikson.htm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychosocial_development
http://www.psychpage.com/learning/library/person/erikson.html
http://www.businessballs.com/erik_erikson_psychosocial_theory.htm
In the future, you can find the information you desire more quickly, if you use appropriate key words to do your own search. Also see http://hanlib.sou.edu/searchtools/.
I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
What relationship factors or considerations might be influencing Michael’s problems?
Need some informations to help me answer this question. I just send a post which is revision 6, check it out for me. Thanks
